A. Each member must own at least one American-made motorcycle. I.E, Hexer, Daemon, Bagger, Zombie Bobber, Avarus and Sovereign.

Article 2 : Club proceedings
A. Any amendments to the constitution requires a vote from officers and, to pass, requires a majority vote.

B. All members must show respect to one another.
C. Killing of another club member will result in disciplinary action, unless the member can prove it was in self-defense or an accident.
D. There are NO rules about race, religion, or sexual preference being in the crew. A brother is a brother, no matter what color he is, language he speaks, male or female, and how or if he or she prays. DO NOT harass anyone for these reasons listed. E. Killing members of an allied club will result in punishment from the Secretary, Sgt At Arms, or even the other club, unless it is proven as an accident.
F. NEVER is it okay to destroy or demoralize a brother’s bike, unless it was truly an accident.
G. Always have your brother's back.
​H. Changes to the club must be proposed to the President and officers, who will then make a decision on the proposed change.
​I. You need to be active with the club if you want to get promoted, participate as much as you can on crew rides and events with your brothers.
J. Be as mature as possible when with the club. Your behavior when playing with the club plays a big role on getting promoted.
K. Wear your proper cut/colors when riding with the club, and participate in club meetings as much as possible.
L. WE DO NOT GO INTO PASSIVE, WE DO NOT TOLERATE IT. We'd rather you leave the lobby than go into passive
M. Everything an OUTLAW does is for the better of the club, therefore any OUTLAW trying to undermine the clubs foundation, structure, organization, or respectfulness, will be severly punished or removed immediately.

B. As our club focuses primarily on trust, loyalty, and respect, we'd appreciate it if our motorcycle club was the only one you're attached to. Joining another MC would be a sign of disrespect and disloyalty. You must represent our crew only.
B. The President holds the only authority to declare war and form official alliances. Officers who wish to have an input on these matters must address the President, who can then legitimize club relations.
C. If a member chooses to leave the club, they must do so honorably in order to avoid any sanctions or disciplinary action. An honorable discharge requires a formal statement and the promise to not join any new crews for a period of at least 2 weeks. Members can choose to leave for any reason. Failure to do so will show a great measure of disrespect and we will take action depending on the circumstances.
D. If an ex member decides to come back to the crew, it requires a unanimous vote from Nationals and if the vote passes, He must prospect for twice as long as the minimum to prove his loyalty once again.
​E. The Vice President holds the sole power of veto. In the event that a given officer is acting in opposition to the constitution, or if a measure passes that jeopardizes the well-being of the club, the Vice President may cast a veto. If a measure is vetoed, it must receive a unanimous vote to pass.
​F. Officers' Meetings, or Church, will occur once a week. All Officers are able to bring issues to the table at Church and any issue requiring a vote will take place at the following meeting, or during a special session of the group's choosing. (Article 4)
​G. All members must follow the club bylaws (Article 1a). Failure to do so will result in demotion, expulsion or other disciplinary actions according to the severity of a given offense.
​A. Must be 18 or older to patch. (exceptions can be voted in for 17 if proof is provided to be within a few months of turning 18)

B. Must have a microphone (no exceptions).
C. Must have PSN account linked to Rockstar social club and the Outlaws set as the active crew at all times.
D. Must have at least 1 American Motorcycle in garage at all times and this bike must be used for club rides.
E. Must Prospect before becoming a full-patched member (Muscle and higher).
F. Must be active on social club, KIK, PSN. (must have KIK)
G. Must drop all other crews not associated with Outlaws MC
Article 3 : Club Requirements
A. Meetings will occur once a week and is for all patched members.
D. Vice President's Address- The Vice President has the floor immediately following the President.
I. Crew Ride - All meetings conclude with a ceremonial crew ride for all attendees.
B. Members must notify the President, Vice-President or Secretary if they are unable to make a meeting.
C. Each meeting begins with the President's Address. The President has the floor to discuss anything he so chooses.
E. Continuing Business- Following the President's and Vice President's Addresses, Church follows with 'Continuing Business.' This portion of the meeting is intended to discuss ongoing club goals, issues and concerns.
​F. Officers' Address and New Business- The next section of Church allows all Officers to bring new business to the club and speak about anything they wish.
​G. Club Votes (if applicable)- Following the 'Officers' Address and New Business,' previous week's issues votes are cast. Majority or unanimous will be at the discretion of the President.
H. If a club majority vote is called, every single patched OUTLAW in church at the time will vote yay or nay. If the vote is called in ones favor, no matter how close the vote is, the entire club must respect the decision that was made no matter what vote they casted.
J. There are no Audio recordings allowed whatsoever during church. You may make videos & take pictures, BUT NO AUDIO RECORDINGS.
Article 5 : Club terminology

A. Club Expansion occurs when existing charters reach the club membership cap (50 members).
B. OFFO- Outlaws Forever Forever Outlaws
C. SYLO- Support Your Local Outlaws
D. GFOD- God Forgives Outlaws Dont
E. ADIOS- Angels Die In Outlaw States
F. Cut (Kutte)- Jacket, Vest or Shirt with Patch
G. Colors- Club Patch (Top Rocker/Club Name, Bottom Rocker/Territory, Club Patch, MC Patch, 1% Patch)
H. Run- Club Ride, Usually For a Specific Purpose or Location. Begin and End at Clubhouse.
I. Church- Weekly meeting for all Outlaws
J. Charlie- The name of the skull on the patch
B. In order to form a new Chapter, it must be approved by the President and receive a majority vote from the Nationals.
C. New Chapter's must have at least 7 members upon founding to be officially sanctioned by the Outlaws.
D. Chapter Leaders have the power to determine their own hierarchy and conduct club business as they see fit, so long as these practices are within the Constitution.
E. Chapter Leaders are directly accountable to the President.
F. To introduce a new Chapter, an Officer must register with the President. Upon approval, a vote is taken to determine whether Chapter is approved. Officers then assist Chapter Leaders with staffing membership.
G. Prospects immediately join new Chapter so long as pre-existing Chapter Membership is at 50 or unless Chapter Leader does not wish to accept Prospect into the Chapter.
